Almost Thanksgiving weekend! How did that happen so fast! This is a great time to work in a food store: free run local turkeys arriving, beautiful big bone in hams from Vancouver island, fresh cranberries and beautiful squashes, apples, pears....the list goes on. Oh and of course the pies: pumpkin, apple, fresh fruits...with the whipping cream and ice cream. Fall is a gorgeous season for food!
