Finally! Some gorgeous fresh sockeye salmon for the weekend! Cook inlet in Alaska is having a great run and we were lucky to get in on it through our friends at Fisherman's Market in West Vancouver. What a treat on the BBQ basted with with a bit of  maple syrup ....
